Skyline Changing In Overlay District, Another
Five Story Building Under Construction
The Springdale Overlay District, much of it surrounding the Arvest
Ballpark, has become quite the medical center just in the last few
years. If you find yourself over by Arkansas Children's Northwest and
notice the dirt moving just to the North you've happened upon the
location of the new Center For Children's Health and Wellness. It
becomes the latest multi-story medical building to populate the skyline
just to the West of Interstate 49.
Nabholz Construction is heading up the construction of the 80,000 square foot building that will reach 5 stories into the sky and sit on 7 acres. The building will fit in nicely with Arkansas Children's Northwest and serve as a medical office facility. The same architect and engineers were used on both projects.
The property will be owned by The Gary George family and the Evans family. It is expected to be complete sometime in the Fall of 2021.
